Dear Lord, please forgive our foolish ways. Help us to understand that our violence, our wars, our bigotry, our hate causes tears to stream down your face. May we follow Jesus teachings. May we be agents for peace, justice and mercy in our homes, in our church, in our community and in our world. In Jesus Name we pray. AMEN.

We received the following email from the Greenhaws:
“Our son, LTC Jon Greenhaw, is being deployed to Afghanistan. He will be there by the 1st of October. His wife and two daughters live in Tulsa. Bob and Joyce Greenhaw”
Please pray for Jon and all our military in harm’s way.
Marjorie Davis’s heart cath procedure was successful. No stint was required.
Dorothy Bracher is recovering well from her hip surgery.
