O Lord of Life and Source of Love,
Often we are touched by the sense of awe and amazement that is present in our young children. They embrace the wonder of a flower or a cricket or a cloud. Increased years and life experience seems to dampen that amazing outlook on life. As adults we walk by the flowers, step on crickets and look to the sky to see if storms are coming. Jesus said that we are to become as children. While faith and life are not simple, may this be a day when we again look at life with a sense of awe and amazement. May we appreciate the works of Your hands all about us. In Jesus name we pray, AMEN.
