God of All Time,
In the eternity of Your grace we seem so insignificant. In darker moments we feel unworthy and unacceptable to You. The message of the Advent season is that the world needs a savior, and, O God, we need a savior. You provided and continue to provide that One to us, Jesus who is the Christ. As we ponder the unexplainable mystery of the manger, the overwhelming power of Your love, and the magnificent beauty of Christmas, we are driven to our knees, seeking Your forgiveness. Draw us unto You, we pray. Wash us clean, O Lord, as we catch a glimpse of the nativity and humbly bow with the shepherds and wise men. In Jesus’ name we pray. AMEN.

Please take a few moments today to reflect, listen and pray. This is a magnificent and awe filled time of year. Thanks be to God.
The scripture for today is Proverbs_3:1-12.
Grace and peace,
