God Who Brings Clarity,
There are times in life, Dear Lord, when we are overwhelmed by confusion and darkness. The actions of family and friends trouble us. We see strife, sometimes even in the church, and we are distressed. We pray for clarity so that we may be able to respond to the confusion and darkness with compassion, sensitivity, and strong Christian convictions. May your love bring light to dark places. May those who are struggling regain their hope and find peace. May we assist and encourage them. We pray for strength, in all circumstances, through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN.

We thought Jim Goodrich had been dismissed from the hospital. Unfortunately, we were looking in the wrong place. Jim is a patient at Bass. Please continue to pray for Jim and Peggy.
Randy Conrady will go back to the nursing home, either today or tomorrow. He needs our prayers.
Gregg and Lindsay Garrett are the proud parents of a boy, GRANT BRADLEY GARRETT, who arrived Friday, 2-3-12, at 1:49 p.m.; Grant weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz., and was 20 ¾ inches long. He has blonde hair and blue eyes, and looks like his proud daddy. Sherry Garrett is the proud grandmother. You may remember Greg and Lindsay were two of the adults we baptized before Christmas.
