Tender God,
You meet us where we are, and we give You thanks. Today, O Lord, we need your tender Spirit to embrace us and hold us close to You. Life can be harsh. Friends and family can be mean. There can be emptiness where wholeness once was. In times like these we yearn for more grace and less judgment. Lift our spirits we pray. May the light of Christ warm us and invite us to hopefully wonder what is over the next horizon. Today, Loving God, we race toward you and jump into Your everlasting arms where we will find comfort and joy. In Jesus’ name we pray. AMEN.
