Prayer for Today, Tuesday, March 27

Intruding God,

There is a sameness to life, O God, that comforts us in a rapidly changing world. Sometimes, however, that sameness dulls our spirits and limits our vision. We seek comfort, Loving God. Please forgive us, we pray, when that need restrains us from following Your son, Jesus. May Your spirit guide us, even when it moves us out of our normal routine and into the unknown. We trust in You, O God. May we be your faithful servants. In Jesus’ name we pray. AMEN.

Please pray for the family of Wanna Lou Tabeling, Maribel Moore’s sister who died yesterday.

Please continue to pray for the family of Leonard Herron. We had his funeral yesterday. Also for the family of John McFaggen, whose funeral will be on Wednesday at 11 AM in the chapel.

Please pray for Max Johnson who fell Saturday evening and severely bruised his hip.

Carolyn and I are driving to Dallas today so I can begin a new trial drug. We covet your prayers.

The Church Board meets tomorrow evening at 7:30 PM in the fellowship Hall. All committee chairs are encouraged to e-mail the reports to Kandy at kandyt@centralenid.org.
