O God,
We seek You and desire to worship You with our whole heart. Unfortunately there is a chasm between us that is the result of our indifference and self-interest. Even so, You continue to reach out to us. You sent Your Son to overcome any barriers that separate us from You. May we run toward You as You continue to lean toward us. May we feel Your embrace. This is our prayer in Jesus’ name. AMEN.
