Prayer for Today, Saturday, November 10

O Divine Presence,

We live in a time of great promise and of great concern. We ask You, O Lord, to walk beside us. There are times when we cannot carry all our burdens. We surrender them to You. Lead us O Lord from death to life, from falsehood to truth. Lead us from despair to hope, from fear to trust. Lead us from hate to love, from war to peace. Let peace reign in our hearts and in our world. This is our prayer in Jesus’ name. AMEN.
