Loving and Gracious God,
Jesus said that he came that we may have life and have life more abundantly (John 10:10 paraphrase). We yearn for that abundant life, O Lord. Help us to realize that true abundance is not realized in possessions or bank accounts. May we be open to Your abundant blessings of hope, peace, and joy. May our relationships with family and friends be nurturing. May the love we experience overflow into all the facets of our lives. May Christ live in our hearts. This is true abundance and we give You thanks as we pray in Jesus’ name. AMEN.
