Loving God,
Each year our journey through Lent to Holy Week and Easter is a journey from confession and repentance to forgiveness and salvation. The cycles of the Christian faith sustain us and we give You thanks. We thank You that, even in the dark days, we have hope for the light. We thank You for a realistic faith that supports us in the midst of life’s varied experiences. We praise You, O Lord. May our words and deeds honor You. In Jesus’ name. AMEN.

Please continue to pray for the Wheelers and their newest member Chloe. May God bless them as they begin a new chapter in their lives.
I received good news yesterday. The hip pain I have been having is not related to the cancer. This, of course, is a cause for celebration. The flip side, however, is that arthritis has now made me eligible for a hip replacement. Ugh! We will put that off as long as possible. I see the oncologist this morning and then Carolyn and I will be on our way home. Thanks for your continued prayers.
