Holy God,
There are so many demands for our time and our treasure. It seems everywhere we turn there are those people and organizations who are asking for help and support. They are all worthy, but sometimes we are overwhelmed. You call us to be compassionate and generous. May we be reminded that You don’t require us to do everything, but You do require us to do something. May Your spirit guide us in our decisions. May all that we do honor You and show Your love to the world. This is our prayer in Jesus’ name. AMEN.

Jack Weston wrote yesterday: “Hi: Ruth had her PET test this morning and it went very well. Friday she has a pulmonary test. Next week we should have more information. Will let you know. Jack”
Please keep Ruth and Jack in your prayers.
